CVS Health Field Service Technician in New Brighton, Minnesota

As a Field Service Technician for Merwin,you will work in an exciting and dynamic environment. You will be re sponsible for providing professional service and support for Merwin Pharmacy/CVS Health customers by performing field service repair on the automated medication dispensing machines . Aspart of the Merwin team, you will deliver top-notch customer serviceand positively impact the lives of others.

You will:

  • Provide preventativemaintenance on remote dispensing units

  • Diagnose mechanicalissues in a timely manner

  • Clearly document allservices performed

  • Install and serviceremote dispensing units including peripheral devices such as printers,medication carts, and fax machines

  • Maintain inventory ofspare parts

  • Perform mechanical andfirmware updates as required

  • Provide end user trainingon the device

  • Troubleshoot and escalateunresolved issues to senior Field Service Technicians

  • Assist senior FieldService Technicians as required

  • Participate in on-callrotation responding to break-fix events in the field

  • Other duties as required

Position schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, plus rotating on call week.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior mechanical work experience or mechanical aptitude

  • Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the MN Board of Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required.
