Part time or full time hours available starting at $11 - $13 per hour depending on experience. Benefits available with any position over 20 hours per week. This is a great career opportunity. We currently have Night Staff Counselor openings for mature and dependable role models and mentors for the following overnight responsibilities: Responsible for supervision of students in a dormitory setting during sleeping hours. Ensure a physically and emotionally safe sleeping environment in accordance with facility policies and procedures and all licensing and certification requirements. Primarily responsible for maintaining accurate count of students by conducting routine and periodic checks of sleeping quarters. Supervise evening activities and movement of students.Document activities/movements according to operation standards. Resolve conflicts and contain inappropriate and/or unsafe behavior by following behavior management plans, setting and enforcing boundaries and limits, and maintaining adherence to agreements, according to company policies and procedures. Communicate and report occurrences to supervisor and other necessary staff to ensure the safety and general well-being of students and campus. Manages medical and medication needs of students according to operation standards and procedures. Responsible for Company and personal Service Excellence standards. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age per Idaho licensing requirements. Must have the ability to remain awake and alert during overnight hours (9:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.).General knowledge of workplace and office safety. Ability to frequently walk throughout dormitories and outside area, ability to frequently climb stairs nightly to check on dorms. Exposure to outside weather, either cold or hot. May often lift and carry, push and pull rate as very light. Stand, walk and sit at will. Ability to touch, hear, see and speak corrected to normal range. Ability to complete a thorough visual inspection of dorms in low light situations. Ability to quickly respond in an emergency situations.
