They order appraisal, title work, and credit supplements. Prepare marketing material, thank you notes and gifts for closing. Help facilitate the application process for prequals, pull credit, gather approval conditions and resubmit to processing and closing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Answer phone calls, manage calendar for MLO and appts/schedule closing appts. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.2. Preparing files for processing and closing-submission and resubmission. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.3. Ordering appraisals, title work, and credit supplements. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.4. Preparing withdrawals & denials. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.5. Marketing material, thank you notes and gifts for closing. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.6. Ordering TRV's, SSN verification. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.7. Maintain closed loan files. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.8. Obtain conditions/documents from clients (or other sources) for loan processing/approval. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.9. Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually, about 5% of the time.10. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 2 years related experience and/or training.
