Sunrun Supervisor, Project Operations Support Team in Denver, Colorado
Sunrun is looking for a dynamic, and customer obsessed Project Operations Supervisor to join our team. The Project Operations team is responsible for ensuring an efficient project life cycle for every Solar Family. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience, be a strong leader, personable, organized, detail oriented, and capable of leading a diverse team. The Supervisor will interact with key stakeholders at Sunrun to coordinate and resolve issues that arise between Customer Signoff and PTO. They will create new processes and help support existing process improvement through case analysis, reporting, and collaboration with the team.
The Project Operations Supervisor is responsible for a team of Sales Support Coordinators. This includes hiring, training, motivating, coaching, performance management, and discipline.
Running 1:1 check-ins and providing regular feedback to team members; developing team members for future positions at Sunrun.
Collaborating with Sales Operations Senior Management to align with goals.
Assist in creating and documenting cross-departmental processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Work with Contract Review to ensure efficiency in task resolution.
Pipeline management: monitoring team volume, addressing concerns, and backlog as needed.
Serving as the point of contact for policy changes and company communications impacting your team’s processes and workflows.
Sets daily, weekly, and monthly goals based on historical volume for the team and individuals. Implementing project plans to meet those goals.
Success in the position is measured by call volume, case resolution, and efficiency of your team.
Complete special projects as requested.
Supporting end of month efforts which requires overtime hours.
2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
Experience leading people within a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
Comfortable managing amidst ambiguity.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Previous experience in residential solar desired.
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, ability and passion for solving complex customer issues.
Propensity to follow through and drive toward resolution.
Uncompromising commitment to quality and getting the details right.
Excellent computer skills including G-suite, Excel, and web proficiency; experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently to proactively resolve problems and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
Highly organized and process oriented.
Ability to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends and evening hours to meet sales volume.
Passion for the environment a plus.
