Will act as the site lead responsible for coordination with the Lockheed Martin Security Operations Center on all matters regarding employee and consultant personnel clearances. Will process and monitor consultant agreements as well as conduct associated security education and security briefings. Will serve

as the facility point-of-contact for employee separations from the facility, to include administration of debriefings and associated records maintenance. Perform services to supplement document control center and visitor control activities. Will administer security briefings as required and conduct fingerprinting services. In coordination with the RMS Security Administration, develops and administers security programs and procedures governing the safeguarding of classified and sensitive information, materials and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company and program operations. Prepares education and awareness materials for employees. Other duties and schedule accommodations may be assigned as appropriate.

Desired Skills: Proficiency with the Security Information Management System (SIMS), competent with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Database experience. Familiar with JPAS and LM Security clearance processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program

Operating Manual, adjoining Industrial Security Letters and Adjudicative Guidelines for Determining Eligibility for Access to Classified Information; personnel clearance processing procedures, familiarity with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) , Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudication Facility (DoD CAF), Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), Personnel Security Management & Oversight for Industry (PSMO

-I) and Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Security Information Management System (SIMS) and Industrial Security Facilities Database (ISFD) operations; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities; strong communication skills (written and verbal).
