MTM, Inc. continues to grow and we are seeking a Travel Training Clerk!

The Travel Training Clerk will assist travel training instructors in all duties that will support the travel training team. In addition, the Travel Training Clerk will be responsible for meeting with the applicants that come into the office for their scheduled appointments to further discuss travel training as an option.


This position is located at our office in Phoenix, AZ.


*Please note that this is a proposed position and the selected candidate?s position is contingent on an awarded contract.


Responsibilities:


+ Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved within the office


+ Responsible for assisting the assessment staff members with various administrative support tasks


+ These tasks may include, but are not limited to, general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, scheduling appointments and meetings, answering questions over the phone, email or in person & greeting/escorting visitors


+ Complete other duties, tasks and activities as they arise.


+ Participate in marketing & outreach


+ Maintain and schedule travel training sessions


+ Responsible for performing satisfaction surveys and assist with follow-up


+ Prioritize and resolve inquiries (phone, e-mail, in-person)


+ Act as a liaison between the department and external groups


+ Collect, compile and analyze moderately complex data and information


Minimum Qualifications:


+ High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent


+ Two years of customer service experience, preferred


+ Two years of administrative support experience, preferred


+ Experience following specific instructions


+ Experience scanning, uploading and copying documents


+ Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Office Suite Products including Outlook, Word & Excel


+ Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
