SUMMARY

Do you enjoy managing multiple tasks and working cross-functionally to see events through from beginning to completion? If this describes you, we have the ideal role for you as a Part-Time Client Solutions Manager with our FreemanXP team. You will be managing the execution of the client’s service plan and ensures that the transition from the Business Development team to the Client Solutions and Operations team is seamless. You will partner closely with the Branch and the Logistics teams to ensure the proper planning and execution of all events. In this role, you will continue to develop an understanding of the business and assigned accounts.

This position is part-time as needed, as dictated by project demand. If a standard Monday through Friday isn’t your gig and you prefer to work on projects intermittently, this opportunity may be great for you. You will also be involved in:

  • Manages and tracks production timelines; creates schedules when needed as it pertains to project proposal development as well as sold programs. Also manages transportation plans.

  • Monitors services and activities to ensure they are within budget.

  • Ensures timely delivery of all necessary components, properties, and materials for each event.

  • Works with vendors and service providers efficiently and respectfully.

  • Assists with hotel and/or travel arrangements.

  • Provides set-up assistance and on-site support as required.

  • Maintains consistent and thorough communication with all involved.

  • Assists with signage and décor development, copy, creation and placement.

  • Assists in all aspects of live events, including exhibit, AV, scenic, décor, registration, speaker management, graphics, event flow, creative, food and beverage, transportation, parties/evening events, as well as sourcing and interacting with both US and international vendors.

  • Works with other departments/agencies in order to produce, ensure quality, and deliver information/data to clients accurately and on time.

  • Sources materials required for event production.

  • Assists with marketing materials and creative projects.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the event space

  • Experience in managing vendors, people, equipment, and timelines.

  • Ability to quickly recognize or anticipate problem areas and quickly develop solutions.

  • Flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and uses time productively and efficiently.

  • Proven and proficient skills with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Exhibits an outgoing, upbeat personality, enjoys working as part of a team, and is efficient, considerate, and organized, with a keen eye for details.

  • High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED

  • A demonstrated attention to customer service with proven written and verbal communication skills

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
